There are a couple of ways you could do this;

  1. Add your standard simple meals as a recipe on your CookBook, all you'd need to complete is the title and ingredients. You could create a tag to quickly access these meals, for example 'Weekly Simple Meals'. You could then add these meals to your planner with the 2 more complicated recipes. 
  2. Utilise the 'Extra Items' feature within the meal planner/ shopping list. These items will not disappear from that list unless you physically remove them from your 'Extra Items' list so they will copy over from week to week. You can do this one of two ways:


                - Via the Meal Planner
    1. Navigate to your meal planner 
    2. From the meal planner - Click on the shopping basket icon on the right hand side underneath the calendar. 
    3. Tap on 'My extra items' which will open a pop up box where you can add/edit your custom items on your shopping list
    4. If you would like the items so show under different headings such as 'Cleaning Products', simply add a colon : after the words and the shopping list will show it as a heading
    5. Tap 'Save Items' and these will now display in your shopping list whenever you create one!

      - 'Continue Shopping'

    6. If you have an existing shopping list, tap 'continue shopping' on the home screen
    7. This will open your current shopping list, tap the + button in the top right hand corner of the screen
    8. This will open up a box where you can add/edit your custom items on your shopping list
    9. If you would like the items so show under different headings such as 'Cleaning Products', simply add a colon : after the words and the shopping list will show it as a heading
    10. Tap 'Save Items' and these will now display in your shopping list whenever you create one!
